How to get honest inputs
- Enquiries per month: count inbound calls + forms + WhatsApps for a typical month. Your phone system or mobile call log has this.
- Missed share: calls not answered within ~5 rings, plus anything arriving after you stop answering. Trades on the tools commonly miss 20–40% during the day and nearly everything after 6pm.
- Close rate: jobs won ÷ enquiries you actually spoke to.
- Recovery share: the fraction of missed callers a same-minute reply brings back. Start at 50% and adjust once you've measured.
