Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Callkept to:
- Send unsolicited marketing messages to individuals, or any message that breaches PECR, UK GDPR or the CAP Code.
- Present the automated assistant as a human, or remove its automated-assistant disclosure.
- Configure the assistant to give medical, legal, gas-safety or electrical-safety advice beyond directing customers to the appropriate emergency service.
- Make claims you cannot substantiate (accreditations you don't hold, guarantees you don't offer).
- Harass, threaten or discriminate against any person.
- Attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Use the free audit or demo against websites or numbers you have no right to test, or at abusive volumes.
We may suspend accounts that breach this policy and will notify you unless prohibited by law.
