Does the customer know they're talking to software?+
Yes, always. The first message says it's the business's automated assistant, and Reply STOP works on every message. We never pretend to be a person.
What if the assistant doesn't know the answer?+
It only answers from facts you've confirmed (services, hours, callout policy, FAQs). Anything else it defers to you — it never invents prices, availability, warranties or advice.
How does it avoid double-booking?+
Availability comes from your rules or your Google Calendar, and the slot is re-checked and locked before it's confirmed. The AI proposes; the calendar decides.
What happens with emergencies?+
